1. Who is eligible to subscribe to the VFD Right Issue through the V App?

The feature is exclusively available to existing VFD Group shareholders who are also VBank tier

3 account holder.


2. What are the specific customer eligibility criteria?

To be eligible, a customer must meet the following:

a. If user does not have CHN or RAN, user must have an active and verified VBank account

(of Tier 3 KYC status).

b. As an existing investor, have a valid CHN (Clear House Number) or RAN (Registrar

Account Number) linked to their shareholder record.

c. Be verified by the registrar and the NGX Primary Offer system as eligible to take up

rights.

d. Have sufficient funds in their VBank account to subscribe.


3. Can new investors or the general public subscribe via the V App?

If the user has a tier 3 account with the bank Yes. However, if the user has an RAN or CHN that

is not on the Registrar’s list, No. This means the subscription is not for new investors, or a public

offer or new shareholder subscription.


4. How would customers without CHN or RAN who purchased via the application get their

shares?

After a successful purchase, the Anchoria Securities Limited team – the broker VBank is

partnering with to facilitate this initiative will reach out to the customer.


5. What is the maximum number of units I can purchase?

The maximum purchasable for an existing investor will be determined by the system. However for

a non-existing Vbank customer making a purchase via the application it is 2,500,000 Units (which

is maximum of N25,000,000 at N10 per share)


6. What is the offer price per unit?

Each unit is selling at N10 per share.


7. What should I do if I want to purchase more than 2,500,000 units?

For VBank tier 3 customers without CHN or RAN who wants to purchase above 2.5 million units,

they could reach out to the Anchoria Securities Team via – info@anchoriaonline.com. For

existing investors, they could get additional units by navigating to the Right Issue product on the

application to request for additional units or reach out to – info@anchoriaonline.com.


8. What methods are available to check my eligibility?

On the eligibility check page, you can select your preferred choice of validation from the drop-

down, which includes:

a. Registrar Account Number (RAN).


b. Clearing House Number (CHN).

c. None (for VBank Customers with no CHN or RAN).

10. How do I subscribe if I am a VBank Tier 3 customer but don't have a CHN or RAN?

Select "None" on the eligibility check page. By continuing, you agree to be contacted and consent

to sharing your details with the broker for the creation of your CHN. You will be contacted by the

Anchoria Securities team after successful payment to help set up your investment account and

regarding the shares purchased.


11. Can I request for additional units beyond my entitled unit?

Yes, you can request an optional number of additional units, which is subject to availability. In a

case where the additional units requested was not approved the amount purchased will be

refunded to you.


12. What does purchasing additional units entail?

The additional units are allotted based on availability. You will be paying for both entitled and

additional units, but any unavailable additional units will be refunded in Naira at allotment.


13. How do I make payment for the Right Issue?

Payment is made directly from your VBank account and requires a PIN confirmation. The amount

is deducted from the account of your choice.


14. Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?

Yes, a digital receipt is displayed with a download option upon successful payment.


15. Will I receive a reward for subscribing?

Yes, for a purchase starting from 100k units you will earn Bvndle points as a loyalty reward. The

Bvndle points are credited automatically to your account after successful payment confirmation.
