How To Request For Daily Transaction Limit Increase
Open your preferred web browser and navigate to https://business.vbank.ng
Enter your email/username and password, then click Log In
On the dashboard, locate and click on Help & Support.
From the Help & Support menu under Support, select Request.
Select Transaction Limit Increase
On the pop-up page select Request limit increase upgrade
On the New transaction limit page;
Enter the new limit amount (must not be more than N250,000,000)
Select the business category your business falls under
Select Proceed
On the next page
Download the Indemnity document and KYCB form by selecting the Download template hypertext.
Fill the KYCB form
Copy and paste the content of the indemnity document on your company’s letterhead and fill appropriately
Upload both filled documents
If you could not complete the document filling before your session was timed out, you can login and navigate to Request the process again.
Select Proceed
Open your Google Authentication app and enter the 6-digit code
Select Proceed.
Note: Your request will be treated by the team within the next 48 hours.
