How To Reset Operator Password on Vbiz
Out of App Password Reset
On the LogIn page select Forgot your password?
Enter your email address
Select Reset password
Check your email inbox for an email from Vbiz, sample email below;
Open email, select or copy the url/link in the email and paste it in your browser
On the next page;
Enter your new password
Enter your new password again
Open your Google authentication app and enter the 6 digit code
Select Create new password
In-App Password Reset
Step 1: Visit the VBiz website
Open your preferred web browser and navigate to https://business.vbank.ng
Step 2: Log in with your account credentials
Enter your email/username and password, then click “Log In.”
Step 3: Navigate to the Help & Support section
On the dashboard, locate and click on “Help & Support.
Step 4: Select Change Password
From the Help & Support menu, click on “Change Password”.
Step 5: On the Change Password page,
Enter the last password you can remember
Select Continue
Step 6: On the next page;
Enter your new password
Enter your new password again
Open your Google authentication app and enter the 6 digit code
Select Continue.
Note: Please ensure you have your Authenticator app set up before starting this process.
