How To Reset Operator Password on Vbiz

Out of App Password Reset 


  • On the LogIn page select Forgot your password?

  • Enter your email address

  • Select Reset password 

  • Check your email inbox for an email from Vbiz, sample email below;



  • Open email, select or copy the url/link in the email and paste it in your browser

  • On the next page;

    • Enter your new password

    • Enter your new password again

    • Open your Google authentication app and enter the 6 digit code

    • Select Create new password



In-App Password Reset


Step 1: Visit the VBiz website 

Step 2: Log in with your account credentials 

  • Enter your email/username and password, then click “Log In.” 

Step 3: Navigate to the Help & Support section 

  • On the dashboard, locate and click on “Help & Support.

Step 4: Select Change Password 

  • From the Help & Support menu, click on “Change Password”



 
 
Step 5: On the Change Password page,

  • Enter the last password you can remember

  • Select Continue



 


Step 6: On the next page;

  • Enter your new password

  • Enter your new password again

  • Open your Google authentication app and enter the 6 digit code

  • Select Continue.

Note: Please ensure you have your Authenticator app set up before starting this process.
