Step 1: Visit the VBiz website
Open your preferred web browser and navigate to https://business.vbank.ng
Step 2: Log in with your account credentials
Enter your email/username and password, then click “Log In.”
Step 3: Navigate to the Help & Support section
On the dashboard, locate and click on “Help & Support.
Step 4: Select Change Transaction PIN
From the Help & Support menu, click on “Change Transaction PIN”.
Step 5: Click on Reset Transaction PIN
Click the Reset Transaction PIN modal.
Step 6: Transaction PIN Reset Page
Input your login password for verification.
Type your new desired PIN and re-enter it for confirmation.
Open your Authenticator app, retrieve the 6-digit code, and input it in the provided field.
Step 7: Click the “Reset PIN” button
Review your inputs and click “Reset PIN.”
Step 8: Congratulations! Your Transaction PIN has been changed.
You will see a confirmation message indicating that your PIN has been successfully updated.
Note: Please ensure you have your Authenticator app set up before starting this process.
