Step 1: Visit the VBiz website 

Step 2: Log in with your account credentials 

  • Enter your email/username and password, then click “Log In.” 

Step 3: Navigate to the Help & Support section 

  • On the dashboard, locate and click on “Help & Support.

Step 4: Select Change Transaction PIN 

  • From the Help & Support menu, click on “Change Transaction PIN”



 
 
Step 5: Click on Reset Transaction PIN 

  • Click the Reset Transaction PIN modal. 



 
Step 6: Transaction PIN Reset Page 

  • Input your login password for verification. 

  • Type your new desired PIN and re-enter it for confirmation. 

  • Open your Authenticator app, retrieve the 6-digit code, and input it in the provided field. 



 
 

Step 7: Click the “Reset PIN” button 

  • Review your inputs and click “Reset PIN.” 

Step 8: Congratulations! Your Transaction PIN has been changed. 

  • You will see a confirmation message indicating that your PIN has been successfully updated.
