Accessing Audit Trail
Open your preferred web browser and navigate to https://business.vbank.ng
Enter your email/username and password, then click Log In
Select Audit Trail from the side panel
Viewing Different Events/Activities
On the top left corner select All logs to switch between;
User authentication
Transactions
Beneficiary management
User management
Account update
Others
Viewing Different Events/Activities with Filters
On the top left corner beside All logs select More filters to customize your result; user can customize
Select Date range to see result within certain date range
Select Time range to see result within certain time within a particular time of the day of the date range that was selected
Select Performed by to see the events performed by operators under that particular accounts
Download Events in Different Formats
Customize the table to the desired activity log you will like to download using All logs or More Filters
Select Download PDF or Download CSV on the top right corner to download displayed logs in PDF and CSV respectively.
Note: The system only downloads the displayed logs, if you want to download the log result in the next page use the pagination nav bar to move between pages.
