User Management: Adding a User/Operator on VBiz
Add a User/Operator via the VBiz Web Platform
The super-admin logs into the VBiz dashboard at https://business.vbank.ng/.
From the dashboard, click on "Users" in the side panel.
On the User Management page, select Create a new user
On the user creation page;
Enter operator’s BVN
Choose the NIN for the valid ID type
Enter operator’s NIN
Enter user’s valid email address
Choose operator’s role - Initiator, Authorizer, Verifier or Viewer (depending on the business workflow)
Choose operator’s status - Active, Disable, Block
Select "Create new user" to add the operator.
The operator will receive an invitation email in their email inbox
NB: If the operator did not receive the invitation email, kindly reach out to support@vbiz.ng for assistance.
Add a User/Operator via the VBiz Mobile Application
The super-admin logs into the VBiz dashboard on the VBiz mobile app (download the mobile app here).
Tap "More" from the app tray at the bottom of the screen.
On the "More" screen, select "User Management" (wait for the user list to display).
Select Add Operator button (if you can’t see it scroll up)
On the operator creation screen;
Enter operator’s BVN
Choose the NIN for the valid ID type
Enter operator’s NIN
Enter user’s valid email address
Choose operator’s role - Initiator, Authorizer, Verifier or Viewer (depending on the business workflow)
Choose operator’s status - Active, Disable, Block
Tap the "SUBMIT" button to confirm the change.
The operator will receive an invitation email in their email inbox

How to Reactivate/Disable/Block a User/Operator Access on VBiz
Deactivating a VBiz profile via the VBiz Web Platform
The super-admin logs into the VBiz dashboard at https://business.vbank.ng/.
From the dashboard, click on "Users" in the side panel.
On the User Management page, select the checkbox next to the user’s name.
Click the Edit/Pen icon in the top-right corner, next to the "Create New User" button.
Under "Status," select "Active/Disable/Block."
Click "Save Changes" to apply the update.
Deactivating a VBiz profile via the VBiz Mobile App
The super-admin logs into the VBiz dashboard through the mobile app.
Tap "More" from the app tray at the bottom of the screen.
On the "More" screen, select "User Management" (wait for the user list to load).
Choose the user whose access you want to block.
Tap the "Edit" button.
In the "Select Status" dropdown, choose "Active/Disable/Blocked."
Tap the "SUBMIT" button to confirm the change.
The user’s access will now be blocked.
Note:
Deactivating a user’s email without using the "Block" option in User Management is the only way to prevent a profiled user from accessing your VBiz account.
