Your Login details are your email address and the password you inputted during account creation. To get a new password, click on the "Forgot password" after entering your email address on the front page of your V app and continue with the process below.
• Click on Forgot Password
• Take a clear selfie of your face
• Enter your V Bank email and submit
• Enter the default password sent to your email as the Old Password
• Enter the new password (twice) and submit
• Log in to the app with your new password
