Please update your address on the app following the steps below

1. Login to your V Bank App


2. Select your Profile Image icon at the top right side of your screen


3. Select Update KYC 


4. Swipe left to level 3


5. Select utility bill 


6. Snap the utility bill and add the residential address as visible upon your residential utility bill.


NOTE: Utility bill must be within the last 3 months to date
