Password reset is often requested when in most cases, we forget our passwords or just feel like changing our passwords for security reasons.


Password reset can be done in two ways:



  1. When you are unable to log in to the V app.

  2. When you have access to your V app.


How to reset passwords when you are unable to log in to the app, use the steps below:



  1. Click on "Forgot Password"

  2. Take a clear selfie of your face – in a well-lit environment.

  3. Enter your username, (registered email address) and submit.

  4. Enter the default password sent to your V registered email as the Old Password.

  5. Enter the new password, confirm (twice), and submit.


Log in to the app with your new password.


How to reset/change password when you have access to your V app:



  1. Login to your V app

  2. Click on the profile circle at the top left of your screen

  3. Scroll down and select "PIN and Password"

  4. Select Change Password

  5. Enter your old password

  6. Enter your new password

  7. Confirm the new password
