This menu allows you to set some preferences on your V Bank app profile. You can set how you want the bank to send you notifications, your transactions limits, accounts you want to be able to see when you login to the app and your account statement frequency.


Steps for Notification Preference:



  • Log into your V Bank App

  • Click on the Profile icon (circle on the top right corner of the screen)

  • Select Account Preference Management

  • To select notification channels, click on transaction Notification Preference and select how you want to be notified (SMS, Email, Push or any combination of the three)

  • For Account Statement Frequency, select the dropdown under Statement frequency and set your preference (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually)

  • For Transaction Limit, slide the bars under the amounts to the left/right to select your preferred limit

  • For account to view when you login to the app, check the on/off icon beside each account to either hide or display the account on the login screen

  • Once done, click on the Confirm button to save your setting.

To Generate Account Statement to Email:



  • Log into your V Bank App

  • Click the dropdown to see all your account

  • Select the account you want to generate the statement for

  • Click on the 3 dots on the top right corner of the screen

  • Select “Email Bank Account Statement”

  • Set the date range and select the statement format i.e. PDF or Excel

  • Select “Send to Me” to send to your email

  • Or Select Send to another email to send to a different email address
