Bill Payment is a feature of the VFD Bank app that allows you to pay your utility, cable TV, internet service, travel & hotel, E-Vouchers, transport & toll, product & services, school and exam, betting, lottery & gaming bills.
To enjoy the ‘PAY BILLS’ feature-benefit, the customer will need to:
Login to the V Bank App and input "pay" on the search button which will automatically pop up "pay your bills'' for you to select OR- Select payments at the bottom middle of your screen
Click on Pay bills
- Select category
- Select biller
- Select product
- Select the account you wish to pay from
- Enter payment details (amount and customer reference)
- Click on continue
- Confirm with PIN
Get ‘your transaction is successful’ notification on the app
