This is a new feature that allows users to block an account immediately in the case of a lost sim and/or a stolen device. This is done via USSD

Below are the steps:

Dial *5037*911#

Select 1 (Block self) if you dialed code from the registered phone number on your account

Select 2 (Block others) if you dialed code from another phone number

For block others, enter the mobile number linked to the account

Enter your 4 digits PIN for the authorization
