This feature-benefit on the V Bank app allows users to carry out transfers to up to 5 beneficiaries at the same via the app.
Below are the steps to transferring to multiple beneficiaries on the VFD Bank Mobile App account:
Login to the V Bank App and input "transfer" on the search button which will automatically pop up "make a transfer'' for you to select OR- Select payments at the bottom middle of your screen
- Click on Make a transfer
- Select "other people" by the top right corner and select your account
- Select beneficiary and pick from the list of saved beneficiaries displayed or click on "new beneficiary" to make a transfer to someone new.
- Input the receiver's details (bank, account number, and amount) and confirm
- Select "add another beneficiary" and input the receiver details
- Repeat till the maximum of five beneficiaries and then confirm payment
- Enter your Pin for transactions authorization
