Making Payment
This feature allows users to pay or receive money to/from someone who is nearby. This feature requires that both the sender and receiver login to the V Bank app and open the Proximity feature for it to work.
To make a payment using Proximity Payments feature:
- Log in to your V Bank App
- Select Payments
- Select Proximity Payments
- Click on Pay
- Click on Start Searching (the possible beneficiaries names will appear on your app)
- Select a user(s) you want to pay
- Enter payment amount(s)
- Select account to debit (if you have multiple accounts on the app)
- Confirm details
- Enter Transaction Pin
- Complete Transaction
To Receive Payment using Proximity payments feature:
- Log in to your V Bank App
- Select Payments
- Select Proximity Payments
- Click on Receive
- Allow the sender to find your name and once sender has completed the transaction, you will receive value in your account
