How to update the KYC document for Identity verification on the Vbank App
The KYC page will show the following:
- Current Account Tier of user
- KYC requirements already provided by the user
- KYC requirements for next tier level
To upload Identity documents:
- Log into V Bank App
- Click on the round icon with the user's selfie picture at the top right corner of the App
- Select Update KYC Level and your current level will be displayed
- Slide to the left to display the next level and the requirements
- Under requirements, select upload Identity card
- Select document type to be uploaded – Driver’s license/Voter’s Card/NIN
- Take photos of your Valid ID
- Manually input the ID number, date of birth, and the full name on the ID.
