To complete Address Verification:
- Log in to V Bank App
- Click on the round icon with the user's selfie picture
- Select Update KYC level and your current level will be displayed
- Slide to the left to display the next level and the requirements
- Under requirements, select address
- Choose document type to be uploaded (either the utility bill, valid residential contract, or any other document with the address)
- Take a photo of the available document
- Enter address details
- Add address verification document
