Select Account Preference Management

Select Transaction notification preference

Choose how you want to be notified (SMS, Push, Email)

Enter Transaction Pin

Save changes

For Account statement Management:

Log in to V Bank App

Select More

Select Account Preference Management

Select Email Account Statement

Enter Account number

Choose Statement period

Select format for statement (Excel or PDF)

Choose either send to me/send to another email address

In the event of another email, enter email address

Enter Transaction Pin

Send Statement
